  2. I have to agree , I really miss everything NASCAR from the 90's
  3. For the most part I feel the same way, but the NASCAR decals that I have been using for the last few years, I clear coat over them, I like having them protected just a little bit.
  4. Thanks Paul, looking forward to seeing the Alfa
  5. Other then the color, that thing is hideous, cool, but hideous lol
  6. That is just beautiful, you did a great job, I would love to get that kit, and a few other studio 27 kits, but not at the prices' they are going for
  7. If you talking about a kit, there is not kit of a 2011 Charger, diecast yes. Harry is right, the doors do open, but they are the scissor style
  8. Mark, I have noticed that while looking for reference pics, like painting the nose yellow, or the hood in a aluminum , I really am enjoying this kit, but there are so many things you can do with it, its hard to decide, but I have decided that I am going to get me another one though
  9. Thanks guys, I have not done a lot since the last update, trying to decide what color I want to do the wheels, I was thinking body color, but used all the paint of that color on the body, so maybe white, or kind of thinking black , hmm
  10. Yes I do, I kind of think part of the problem was GM putting the GTO name on it, I know there are a handful of reasons why it did not sell well
  11. And that is the only way you can get one, same with the Charger and the Ford Interceptor's, Chevy Tahoe PPV, the public can only buy used, now thats not to say that there are dealers out there that will sell them new to someone.
  12. The body has been clear coated, and a little bit of wetsanding and polishing and more work done on the engine

  14. I am among the few, but I am excited about this coming state side, now that makes two Australian built Chevys being imported here, the Caprice and the Commodore , I believe the Caprice is only going to be sold as PPV, I dont think it will be sold as a civilian model, not 100% sure on that though

  20. NASCAR does not mandate that the cars raced in the NASCAR series have to be American or made in the USA, if a manufacture wants to race in NASCAR, they can, they just have to meet requirements set by NASCAR , one of them is it has to be production car. The are rumors that VW and Honda have thought about coming to NASCAR,
  21. Ed, there is no pic of the new one yet, but I can get pics of the older ones if that would be helpful for you?,
  22. Joshua, good job, I two of these to build, but I will be using the stock wheels, what paint did you use
  23. I do have to admit, every time I see it, I think its a Vette for a second, but I still like it
