I am going to get myself an A/B, but it wont replace me using rattle cans, I want to be able to use colors on builds that are not in a can. But other then that. I am not going to limit myself to just one or the other.

Thanks Danny, I made a slight mistake, and got the P/E set for the Fujimi R35, not the Aoshima R35, so some of the parts dont fit, but they do on the Tamiya R35 I have

going by that chart, we should of been paying $4 a gallon here in AZ for the past few years , but its been well under $4 for a while here. Maybe the price of gas does not drop a lot, but it does come down a little bit, there for, gas price's do drop back down after the spike. I do have to agree with Harry about gas price's , I have always felt that way too.

Well we have had gas under $3 a gallon here in AZ for awhile now, so there for gas price's have and do come down.

Its not like this is the first time gas price's have gotten this high before, and we all have survived right?, its now a part of how the world works, every few years , gas price's spike, we all wee wee and moan, trade in our SUV's, and ride it out. The when the gas price's come back down, we go back and buy another SUV, Rinse and repeat .

These are the times that I dont understand what Revell is thinking, the CR5 vette that just got released has full engine detail with a one piece body, this kit, looks like the hood opens, but has just the top part of the engine. Just seems weird to me they do things like that.

Since I am going to doing a Eleanor , i figured why not do a modern Eleanor, so here it is, well close . I used revells shelby gt h kit, wheels from the 2007 shelby gt 500 kit, paint is MM Plymouth platinum silver lacquer and the stripes I used MM black lacquer, then clear coated with MM ultra clear. Did the body work using all bondo putty and some styrene.

Has not yet, and I doubt it will, right now my car is getting great gas mileage as I have not been able to drive since the first week of Feb, its still in the shop( it was running when it went), but when I do get the car, I dont drive it very much. I can get close to two weeks out of a full tank, and with the issues that I have having fix, the mileage should go up . The other half car gets good mileage as well, but she has to fill up twice a week, as her car has a small tank, but she drives 40 miles one way to work.

I bought four bottle paints, three cans of duplicolor primer, need to take one back and exchange it, two cans of testor one coat lacquer, roll of 3m masking tape, and some sand paper of different grits. Havent bought any kits for a few weeks, as we have a model swap meet next weekend, and a few of the kits I have been thinking about getting, might be there.
