Looking good, I really enjoyed building mine, this is really a great kit. Paul are up to another Merc build off in the foregin CBP, I have the SLR Mclaren waiting for me to start it

This same kit is listed on ebay right now for buy in now at $120, but thats ebay so you really can not go by the prices on there

Because its a RofG kit, they are known for doing stuff like that

I was using the purple stuff, but I found that it work good on some kit chrome, and not so much on others.

I am not sure what gen my tivo box is, so I would have to look, not that it matters as I cant use ever again, but I bought in 2005. So you went and bought one out right.

A little update on the merc, this is really a crappy kit, just thoght I would mention that.

Rob, do you have a real Tivo box or a DVR, I am guessing you have a real Tivo , who do you use it through. And on a side note, my 5month old likes things that are techno , all her doing, its what gets her attention

Harry , best ###### thing to be invented for us TV fans, thats how I watch NASCAR race's , I start watching about 30 mins or so after the race started , fly thru the commericals, but now with some of the networks doing side by side, stuck with the commerical, but least you can see the race in the tiny window . I was very sad when Directv told me I could no longer use my Tivo box, as it was outdated, but its was a fair trade off as the new box is HD, but it wont say on 720 or 1080 , always goes back to 480p

Heck even the paid movie channels run adverts during the movies, its minamal, but its still there at the bottom of the sceen

It looks just the like the prior AMT camaro kit, just minus the engine, which wasnt that great anyways . I am looking fowrad to the Revell version

Wow, close to 2 grand for a stereo system, that was a lot for that era, but you could spend that much today on a home stereo system too.

beta max fought hard to survie though, it died a slow a death, I think for awhile Tv station moblie camara's use a from of betamax tapes, so that kept it alive for awhile as well, but again Iam young so I dont know anything
