Mack oldtimer
Hessel Hemstra replied to Hessel Hemstra's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Big Rigs and Heavy Equipment
As I said the kit is fairly detailed. Some lighting to be fixxed. With a small lesson from my friend I have now dry brushed some parts. The result looks fine by me. And with some minor things to be done it is almost finished. The next post will probably the final one. Hessel -

Yes, we have developed a cement-trailer which will be in production soon. The hole project is on a dutch forum. Pics will tell a lot... 3D printed and CNC milled parts with Italeri tires and some minor Evergreen tubing. http://www.modelbrouwers.nl/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=36265&start=190 Hessel -

Parts were partly assembled and painted. Some photo's. -
Recently the Mack 1926 tanker truck was re-issued by Monogram. I had the original one on the shelf so decided to give it a go. I had the dump truck and stake version of the mack already build. The kit is pretty good quality and with lots of small details. Building is not that difficult although the instruction need to be followed accurate. Hessel Photo's:

Something as a tip. When fixing the cab mount you best line-out with the floor of the cab. The front support is not straight so needs to be fixed in the right position. The following link might help you. Sorry it is in German but a good translator would do. http://www.die-leitplanke.de/1-herzlich-willkommen/4-modelle-im-bau-gebaut/international-lone-star-gebaut/ Hessel -

Wood chip trailers?
Hessel Hemstra replied to Car Man's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Big Rigs and Heavy Equipment
If you supply info I might consider making a kit of it. I have been looking for info about bottom/belly dump trailers as well. Drawings on the website are not enough for me. Hessel -
