  1. somebody here said copper bb,s will in time change the paint cemestery ????? we shound use plastic bb,s.. with old paint i use a paint shaker and fillter with painte hose too

  3. my hobby store is about 35 miles .. a new hobby lobby opened on the first .... 3 miles.. i went in .. it looks like the only thing they will sell is what they can get very very cheap ...if they can get it cheap enouth they will sell it .. so ie they dont have a lot ..may be 30 kits and some basic tools....ok for QUICK
  4. i like it ..its fast works great ... but dam it cost to much and its nosiy.. mine is going strong for 2 years...if you want to go cheap.. pick up a jewelry cleaner fea market or what ever for .maybe $5.00..i can put 6 1/2 once jars in it takes 2 or 3 hours but it does realy good o put some bb sized platsic balls in it...if you are into cheap call me... ps use pantie hose to fillter

  6. youve got a right to be worryed ..put a kit in the back window of your car on a 95 deg day temp in car goes up to 130 in 10 mins ...autions storage and attics are bad .. cold may hurt paint .. but look out for hot 100 or 110 is to much.. they make a soler powered window vent fan.. cold.. a cheap ele base broad heater

  8. i picked up a realy nice kit at a fea market a ....amt mack R685ST kit #535 (1970s) realy realy cheap ...10 years ago i tore both rotator cuffs and deslocated my right shoulder it wil not stay in .. pain X5..i kept all my gear ..im trying to get going agine ..i just biult a fire bird ,,i know im rustly but thats a ugly biuld .. can i do this kit justice...i dont know if i can look at it if its bad day after day ... its to nice to mess up..... jr ..

  10. va rt 301 crosses the potomic river theres a texaco gas station we lived there 6 years i had my choice of 10 to 25 cars to TEST DRIVE plus the truck stop across the river was real fun... at 14 years old

  12. tries a little heat they flaten nicey.... the paint under lights shound be quite diff color.. shound be off a bit i always over do it cant help my self.. maybe a old lic plate

  15. i was a o t r truck machanic ///driver .. by law you have to keep a log book of your hours on the road .. i got in the habit .. i also keep time log of my biulds.. anybody else do it .. you will find your hrs are 2 times what you think they are..

  18. i had a problem of going over broad on detailing ...you look like youve hit the right balance very nice..well done

  24. i love this forum brings back a lot of memorys...when i had time and patience .. to set down and work on one thing for 50 to 100 hrs
