  1. I have two more, both Christmas presents for loved ones. clay is drying as I type. just need to make sure the kitchen is leaned up by the time the wife gets home.
  2. I had a lot of fun and plan on doing A LOT more of these. its the perfect size for a mantel or to sit on a desk, and not take up to much room.
  3. So I've had this idea for some time now, finally made it happen. took my old 40 ford and put it where it belongs, in the pasture!
  4. me likes I love where this is headed.
  5. that's awesome!
  6. ya, this is my first big boy, 1:24 is my comfort zone. And I'm officially out of it.
  7. So here we go, I picked this up from the local hobby shop a few weeks ago for $18. I think I got a good deal. any way I can't decide witch way to go. I'm either thinking SCCA road racer or a resto mod dragster. Help! or
  8. my mark vii, I still need to finish. and lastly, my gone in 60 seconds Elanor. done dent for dent. one day I'll finish them.
  9. I've got more than a few. this one is a mustang I was working on a few years before I moved. I boxed it up and never started back on it. It's an 06 stang, blown 4.6l, and a bunch of body mods.
  10. I'm really wanting to get into building the big boys now.
  11. The gray one is about to get the same treatment. seeing as we put the black one out to pasture this year.
  12. I'm a bit of a VII junky two of the 3 I've owned. at a car show with my friend. sitting pretty, I'm not big on gloss the old Mark, gettin it.
  13. I would be in for a pair of those front bumpers! edit: oh and awesome fox. I had a coupe that color.
  14. you're making me want that kit.
  15. nice, I like it, more engines is always the answer.
  16. I like what I see so far, but might I suggest aether larger rear tires or duel rear wheels? <------- hot rod junky, even my daily driver...
  17. loving it. I tried the color change paint a few years ago, yours looks much better.
  18. I am interested
  19. I can totally dig it! props for being different too.
  20. I went back and forth on this same thought, until I found carburetors designed for off roading that work at any angle.
  21. figured I'd chime in with one of my fox's This one is by far the most radical builds I've done. and also one of my longer running projects. I'm probably going to pull it apart and change a few things. it sports a pair of 460ci ford v8's. the front has been stretched, and it is painted sonic blue. I get a big kick out of having to put a hood scoop to cover the valve covers.
  22. Okay so finally an update. It seems the progress slows down the closer I get. A trip to Houston didn't help. I did some more weathering. Added a few guns. and decided to go ahead and close the door. As you can see I also added some blood. whats a Zombie killer without blood... Also added some mud on the tires, and started gluing the rig together.(thats a big step on this one.) I still need to build drive shafts and a transfer case. but after that its almost ready to be called done. I really dig this last picture, and for some real scale stats this monster would be 9.5ft tall, 8.5ft wide, and 24ft long.
  23. I want to stay as far from the big over the top weapons, I want to make this as real as possible. I only want guns that I can get ammo for at a local vacant walmart or abandoned military vehicle.
