  1. Hi Brian, this combo looks good! But, what about more pictures from the truck and trailer ? Perhaps some details?
  2. Very nice built. The paint looks beautiful. Well done!
  3. Thanks for your comments!
  4. Wow! Your styling of the side windows is great! That looks awesome!
  5. Yes...really cool in satin! Llike it.
  6. Beautiful! Absolute beautiful. The color make me want some vanilla icecream...jummy
  7. x2!
  8. Beautiful colorchoice on a fantastic car! I always loved this styling - the Hasegawa Kit is the best to build a 328. I wished, that the had the 288 GTO also in their program... Love it! You made a great job. Not every Ferrari must be coloured in red . Looks great.
  9. i saw it in the other thread and just dreamin about to have / get one... wonder, why no one else from the "big ones" made it years ago?!?
  10. looks good, your old drive like it! Not too much dust, just right.
  11. Thank you Dan, Mike. The tintet glas is a choice in the kit. You can choose clear and those blue i used. I thought, blue looks better to the color and is "some other stuff like normal"
  12. i agree with all words to the upcoming kits. especially the last ones... ...must hold my money together... EDIT! Also forgot to say "thank you" Steve for the pictures!
  13. Thank you Jim....i started the Lincoln Futura. This Transporter (choice of the body-/windowcolor) was a wish from my girlfriend as i showed her the kit when i got it. I gave her the choice to the Lincoln Futura or Pontiac club de mar Concept car. she likes the lincoln more, so i have will build it now. Lying long time enough in the shelf and this truck is the point to start it.
  14. Nice start - like the hudson. Paint looks good!
  15. Hi Jim, nice looking Ford. Like that "simple" styling
  16. Looks great! Like the color of the interieur and the violett on body - matches perfect!
  17. Thanks again! Here are some pictures without the rear glas: and one turned in: @Rodney: the car to throw in the rear is on the bench
  18. Thank you everybody for kind words! i appreciate it. For the basic i took the Revell "Avenger Funny Car" (Kit# 7652) that was not complete and reduced the frame about 1.3mm to get the correct wheelbase. Also i reduced the handlebars, fuellines. The luck of the builder is, as the rear wheels that i bought from GMS-Customs are exactly as wide as the body, so that i had no work on the inside of body or make the rear axle narrow. Your ideas, to build it as custom, hemi or anything else sounds good! Some more versions will follow, if i complete some other work on my bench
  19. Thank you buddies for kind words. Do you mean with "swivel" to make a turn like on the picture without the glass on the trailer? If: yes, it is also possible. I post a picture this evening, when i'm at home ;-)
  20. more pics: Thats it. I will say, that it is no kit for pure beginners. I made a lot of sanding on parts to fit them correct, removed the chrome on the engine for a realistic paint and (see the Kit preview) the most work was on the glass parts. Comments always welcome.
  21. Hi, i have finished my Daytona Transport Truck today. Some building notes i had given to my best in the Kit reviews Now, here is my result and i am realy happy with it
  22. oh boy..the supervan...what a kit. Hope they will reissue it too. But back to topic. I completet my Daytona Transport Truck today. Here a short preview, before i post it in the right section: If it is allowed i will give you some building notes. I hope it's somewhat understandable. The parts on the "trees" have no numbers, so that i think, the manual has one fault: the inner wheels must be changed from front to rear because they are to wide. Here you can see the rear rim... ...and the front rim on the rear axle... ...on the rear axle, how wide they came out of the wheelhouse. The different is, you have no chance to get the wide rims in the wheelhous, that they dont stay more than 2mm out. If you take the small rims, you have the space to go inside, if you cut the axle. Thats what i had done: i cutted about 2mm on both sides on the front and rear axels for a nice stance... ...and drilled the innerwheel of the diameter from the axles: (Left original, right drilled out) I put the small wheels to the rear axle and the wide wheels to the front. The most eye for a "perfect finish" in my view is to take on the windows. No problem with the rear window of the cabin, but the windshield is tricky. It wont fit all around. i had sanded the upper ledge to the roof on the in- and outside: ...so you have the chance to open and close it - a possibility, that i wont miss. Also i had to sand the lower edge of the windshield on the doorline and the upper edge on the pillar, because the angle was not correct so that the windschield can not be closed. Last note: I think it is important, before paint, to correct the hinges of the front glass on the roof and the rear bracket, that they open and close without resistance. Now, here is the link to "under Glass". >klick me<
  23. Buddies....i have the Hudsons and Chryslers from Moebius. THANK YOU GUYS FROM MOEBIUS - thank you for more coming kits! I love those old Pickups...there goes the money but if they are so great like the Hudson...and i am sure...it will be a "must have".
  24. Great work! Never seen a Simca Vedette before.
