  1. One of my favorites since childhood. I would gladly pay top dollar for a quality kit(s).
  2. Very nice work! I like the weld beads on the bed. How did you build those up? Thanks, K
  3. Very impressive paint work. For what it's worth, funny cars of the late sixties usually did carry a battery.
  4. Very cool model. I love the added details especially the shop rag and the cans.
  5. Congrats on some stunning work!
  6. Beautiful work Andreas! Paint is outstanding!
  7. Very nice Jim! I really like what you did with the wheels. They look great. How did you do it?
  8. I'm definately diggin it. Nice photo effects too!
  9. For those of you interested in the LSR streamliners, there is a nice article in the January Hot Rod magazine complete with photos of several (maybe 20?) current and past streamliners. It includes a small description of each car including notable achievments.

I'm surprised I didn't catch this one sooner. Really nice work! The first shot is especially nice.

  12. Nice build Crazy. I like the color and the water drop effect. Keep 'em coming.
  13. I just wanted give a shout out for Comp Resins. I've been buying (and using) parts and bodies from Roger off and on for over ten years and I have always been pleased. Yesterday I just received a box of various drag goodies just a few days after placing my order. Every single piece is top notch! Check him out if you haven't already. Ken
  14. Very nice work! You did a great job with the paint and foil. Congrats!

  20. Very nice work Harry and that goes for the photography too!
  21. Wow! Thank you all for the great response. It is greatly appreciated.
  22. Cartpix, that's good info. I didn't really research this subject, I just started cutting! In fact, I found some pics online describing what you are doing with the El Camino. They must be yours? I started out that way, even bought the El Camino, and then took the easy way out. I used the El Camino body to pattern the door lines. I will admit to being a little bit inspired by T. Daniels Street Fighter too.

Very nice work! Congrats and thanks for sharing.
  24. Hey Jim, No. I considered it and I know it is common with real-life customs to replace the windows with panels but it would have left recessed panels. I wanted the model to look like it was a real panel truck made by the factory so I used sheet styrene and made panels that fit in the recesses from the outside. A little putty and I was done. It made the polishing process a lot easier too! Ken
  25. Yurri - your work is outstanding. Your models look like the real thing! Moladetz! I'm curious, where do you buy your modeling supplies? Locally?
