Stunning model! Very nice work. Thanks for sharing.
  2. Great work Norbert! Keep 'em coming!
  3. That's a really nice looking build! Paint, stance, everything looks very well done.
  4. Nice work and great subject matter. I'm definately diggin' it!
  5. Very nice work! Paint job looks especially good. Love seeing the old Pro Stockers.
  6. At some point roll bars became mandatory (obviously) but in the early to mid-sixties, for S/S cars, roll bars were not required but the back seat had to remain in the car. Then, there was a period where, the back seat could be removed but only if it was replaced with a roll bar. Good luck with your project. I'll be following along as I've got the 'bolt on my short list.

  8. Very nice work Niko. You did a great job all around but the fuel lines and engine detailing look especially nice.
  9. That's really nice work! Congrats. I'm pretty sure I saw that car race at Cordova when I was a kid. Thanks for sharing. KB
  10. Thanks again guys for all your positive comments. They're always appreciated.
  11. Check out the Drag Racing board. There is an active thread regarding P/S Colts.
  12. Sox & Martin also had a P/S Colt but didn't keep it long before selling it. Many Colts crashed and they were eventually banned by the NHRA for P/S class though I'm not sure if it was due to their poor safety record. The following link is an article on the Don Carlton and towards the end of the article it describes his unfortunate end. http://www.moparmusclemagazine.com/thehistoryof/mopp_0605_drag_racing_history/viewall.html
  13. I don't know if it was a Missile or a Rod Shop car but Don Carlton died while test driving a '76 Colt Pro Stock.
  14. I love it. Very nice and definately - different!
  15. Very nice build of a great kit. Interior is especially nice.
  16. I remember seeing your WIP when you were building the grill. It all turned out really nice. I like your take on the engine too.
  17. Nice build John. I remember well the influx of Vega (and Pinto) funny cars in the early '70's. The Green Elephant was certainly one of the sharpest looking among them and yours looks great.
  18. Thanks for posting. I like them all but the Wonder Wagon is especially fine.
  19. Very nice and SHINY too! I like the engine detailing.
  20. Burnout

    Opel!

Looks great! I enjoyed the review too.
  21. That is a beautiful Duesy! I really like the color combo. I have built this kit twice in my lifetime but neither looked this nice.
  22. What a great thread guys! I have nothing to add but you've given me some real inspiration. Keep 'em coming!
  23. Really, really sharp looking model. Looks like it would be a difficult job but you really nailed it.
