A Hack Body and Fender Man could fix that with 1,000 lbs of Bondo,100sq yards of chicken wire, 50ft of 2x4's to fix the frame, and 20gal's of Home Depot Flat Latex Paint GOOD AS NEW.

My main problem is that when I use my Dremel is that it rips of the paint as soon as the buffing pad hits the paint. No matter how much wax I put on the surface and dunk the pad into water. Thanks for all of your suggestions. It means a lot to me. Mike Would the tool burn out at slow speed?

I need some advice. My full size Dremel is not very good for polishing the RPMs are just too high. I have been looking at one of those battery powered ones, but I can't find any that has buffing pads or buffing wheels. Thanks Mike

Old Buckaroo, I only buy from legitimate, certified coin dealers and of course, from the US Mint. Culls are another way to accumulate silver coins for spot value. As far as your friend goes, he needs to get those coins evaluated at a dealer or pawn shop. My dad left me and my brother an ammo box full of silver coins when he passed.

One of the coins that I collect is the 1oz Silver American Eagle. I check E-Bay once in a while. I would never buy any coins from E-Bay. The spot price of 1oz of silver is $31.74. A few of the sellers have the coins listed below spot. Example $24.98 free shipping. Another one is $28.46 or best offer free shipping from China. The Chinese one could be a forgery. Why would anyone sell below spot? Comments Welcome Mike
