thnx guys... i hear ya on the decals... i took the drops and seperated them, still in line, but seperate from the rest, that made it a little easier..

except for some pe bits and some tape, this is OOB with paint detail...

this is basicly an OOB build, i did add a right mirror... decals were trimmed, a lot!![no clear carrier]...

i built this a few years ago, did alot of the tricks, filled the frame, messed with ride height etc, detailed the motor, added screens to the carbs, redid the fuel lines, painted the stripe on, didn't like the decals....

hmmm, plastocote red primer, beige topcoat, sanded a little to show the faded paint to red primer??? or, whatever ya got, use a couple colors under the beige and then sand for a multi color weathered effect... maybe 'remove' a couple molding pieces?? a hood side, and a door/quarter molding...
