  1. I have seen those hubcaps before, but can't place them. I'm pretty sure they are factory-stock, but I can't remember make/model.
  2. http://www.fireballmodels.info/wl.htm
  3. Looks fantastic. My only complaint? You need to post bigger photos!
  4. I haven't looked at that issue closely yet, just a quick flip-thru. I'll check it out.
  5. I know my opinion is probably in the minority, but that looks every bit as good as any hot rod! I think you missed one small thing... isn't that little round "pad" on top of the right rear fender a black rubber step (to help you get in/out of the rumble seat)?
  6. I officially nominate you as the forum's "Mr. Mopar."
  7. And do what with them? Maybe enter them in contests and win "Best Detail?"
  8. Just to add to Bill's addition... Here is what Firefox says if you choose to browse "privately"... Private Browsing Firefox won't remember any history for this window. In a Private Browsing window, Firefox won't keep any browser history, search history, download history, web form history, cookies, or temporary internet files. However, files you download and bookmarks you make will be kept. While this computer won't have a record of your browsing history, your internet service provider or employer can still track the pages you visit.
  9. Jeez, what a know-it-all... Kidding! Of course you are correct. But I think that trying to be "secret squirrel" online is sort of an uphill battle.
  10. I know! You made about 5 different guesses!
  11. Did you get my PM?
  12. Man, you have been holding out on us all this time! Keep 'em coming. This one is another beauty! (and George beat me to it... I knew they were Rambler hubcaps right away)...
  13. The car is a Kia Retona, made between 1998-2003 (I don't know the exact model year of this one), Who got it right: ChrisR Foxer MikeMc trogdor kataranga Richard Bartrop Badluck 13 wisdonm patami
  14. Another beauty, Peter.
  15. Well, let me say that I am very impressed. I've been foiling models for many years, and to get that kind of crisp, sharp, clean job on such an intricate part is not easy. You have a new fan.
  16. Does God have a problem with NJ?
  17. You can browse anonymously (no browser history kept) with any browser, if you set up your preferences that way.
  18. And one more thing... that bit of trim on the rear fenders... those "louvers" or whatever you want to call them... they are so absolutely sharp and crisp. How did you do that? Are they separate chrome pieces?
  19. Oh... are those Toronado hubcaps?
  20. Wow! Where are you pulling all of these fantastic models out of? Another beauty. This is simply spectacular. Now this is what model building is all about. This model is so crisp and clean I hate to even mention this, but maybe some clear epoxy flowed onto the headlights? Or a bit of translucent white pearl brushed on them? Something to take away that "chrome plated headlight lenses" look. Or not. In any case it's a beautiful model, very well executed. You have some skills!
  21. I keep hearing the beginnings of a song in my head... But it's aaaaaaall...........riiiiiiiiiight........now in fact it's a gas, But it's aaaaaaall...........riiiiiiiiiight........ Model Cars Mag, it's a gas, gas, gas.... But I can't get any further. Maybe I'll call my old drinking buddy Keith and see if he has any ideas...
  22. I have used both for years and can't really see either of them being substantially better than the other. They both work pretty much the same way. As for Bill's comment regarding Google's "devious ways"... I won't dispute what he says, but pretty much everyone does that. If you have any remaining ideas about being online and staying "anonymous," that's pretty much impossible no matter which browser you use.
