  1. The SoCal Classic ended a couple years ago and has been replaced by the Western Scale Classic which will be July 15, 2007 - more on this as it's available. The Lower Left Coast show which was put on by the San Diego Model Car Club ended a few years ago too. The IPMS Nationals will be here in Orange County August 22-25, 2007. Will you be in SoCal this year Miguel? Will you be at GSL?
  2. Tamiya USA hasn't posted the date yet, as soon as I know I'll get it posted on my site!
  3. Here's what that Limo by AAM looks like... ...pics from my Resin Albums
  4. ...maybe these will help with the distributor, but if you look at the pics I posted earlier you can see most of it is shrouded and the wires routed through tubes... ...this is more like the V-12 set-up just add the extra wires... ...and here's a stock V-12 (yes it has a late model alternator) that may be of help too - these all came from my Engine Albums. Click on any of the pics to go to the Flathead Fords album.

  14. No prob - that's the best thing about forums, we all learn from each other!
  15. That engine in the '60 Truck is not correct for the Chevelle, it is the old style 235 and the Chevyy II introduced the new 194 - 230 - 250 family of inline sixes. The 230 was used in the Chevelle and the engine in the Chevy II kit is the correct look.
  16. Hi Mark Good to see you here!
  17. Hi Leon Haven't seen you in years but it's great to see you posting here!
  18. About time you showed up - glad you made it!
  19. Bill - Glad I could help with the Reference, now if we can get Art to cast that Airstream... ...and for anyone who likes these old travel trailers check out my Vintage Travel Trailer albums for some inspiration... http://public.fotki.com/wackydave/vintage_travel_trailers/
  20. Art - That is going to be awesome and since Bill mentioned a '58 Fiesta Wagon here's one I saw last week... ...that Airstream would look good behind one of these! (click on the pics to see more)
  21. Bob I couldn't agree more, the Camaro is the one that excited me too. It's just too bad that they're both so big and heavy. I'm not a big fan of the new Mustangs but this one caught my eye... ...now if one of the manufacturers would build a sportwagon!
