  1. Looks great Jeff ! Excellent paint and engine detail !
  2. I don't think you did anything wrong . When you insert photos they appear as thumbnails , but if you go to your post and click on one of them it will automatically enlarge to full size !
  3. Nicely done . That would look very scary in my rear view mirror !
  4. Great looking Gremlin ! The stripe and the wheels really make it look great . Nice job .
  5. Beautiful paint ! How did you tint the windows ?
  6. Now that's a big hunk of rust ! I bet it wouldn't roll even if it had tires ! Great job .
  7. Welcome ! And great to see you posting here . A bit more activity here ( it's slow every where ) than on the SA site and I'm sure you will recognize some of the members here . When it does pick up it's hard to keep track of everything that gets posted here . And you've got some great looking builds there , I still like the 4 door Impala !
  8. Definetly some nice looking models ! Great work guys , and some nice photos too .
  9. Thanks Pat , BK , and Tony ! No hot tub , but there are a couple of Santa's helpers going along for a ride !
  10. Very nicely done ! Don't see too many customized Corvairs and yours looks great , and chopped too !
  11. Thanks Brandan ! Thanks Mike ! A couple of those were "quickies " that only took a couple of days . And the 1/4 scale Hemi was started in a hospital bed so I practically worked on it 24 hrs a day ! I doubt I could finish that many again !

    V-8 Red Baron

    It should've had a V8 to begin with ! Great job !
  13. Beautiful builds David . The Corvette and the Camaro are absolutely Gorgeous !
  14. Just a quick update for those who might be interested . The paint is finished and the pinstriping is done . I started the upholstery yesterday and should have that finished in the morning . The engine is finished and just needs to be installed . There are still a lot of little things that need to be done and after that it's up to Santa's helpers to wrap all the toys and get the sleigh loaded up ! Fourteen days 'till Christmas Eve . . . looks like it will be ready !
  15. Very cool ! How 'bout a couple more pictures ?
  16. Very nice ! I like the chopped windshield and the engine looks great ! Just keep building , they always get better !
  17. Very nicely done and excellent paint work ! One of my all time favorite drivers .
  18. Christopher , I checked a new DOH kit and two Street Charger kits and they are all the same . I had to remove the alignment pins to assemble the halves of my engine block , and the rear is too long on the drivers side . It needs to be filed down till it is flush so that the rear plate and bellhousing will mount properly . In the two photos , the black engine block is the new DOH and the white primered one is an old DOH block . I know I did some sanding on the old one but it wasn't as bad as the new ones are . Just make sure the front is flush as shown so the cylinder heads and intake manifold will fit properly .
  19. I'm always impressed with your skills Bill . The door jambs and the fit of the door and trunk are amazing ! I'm learning a heck of a lot following this build . Thanks for sharing your ideas with us . BOB .
  20. Looks really good ! Excellent detailing .
  21. I cut out that section of the body and used sheet styrene to make a plug . The engine in mine is centered in the chassis . Or are you talking about the engine itself ? The driver side cylinder head is slightly forward of the passenger side .
  22. That sure is a pretty blue ! Excellent looking Willys Doc . The engine looks awfully nice too !
  23. The February 1989 issue of Circle Track has a great article and pictures if Smokey's Chevelle . I have it if you are interested .
  24. Wow ! That's really sharp looking ! I like the big single pipe out the back .
  25. I've been waiting for some finished pictures of this . It looks really sharp !
