  1. I agree with everyone here , very nice build . Too many things to comment on so congrats on the win !
  2. Gorgeous ! Right down to the Houndstooth upholstery ! Absolutely gorgeous ! Tha Camaro emblem in the 6th photo looks so real , how did you do that ? And the telescoping antenna !
  3. It's better than most Americans ! And your '57 Chrysler looks awesome , just like a Cannonballer ! Nice job .
  4. Beautiful color and great looking engine and interior ! You nailed the " Sleeper " look !
  5. It's looking good Pat ! I think a satin finish would look great with some gold pinstriping . Line-O-Tape makes a gold pinstriping tape that works very nice around curves and it is only around $3 a roll . Both Micro Mark and Hobby Masters sells it .
  6. I just picked up the '62 Corvette kit at my LHS and it looks really nice ! I have to agree with Tim that the parting lines are among the best I've ever seen and sanding them will be a breeze ! I was more surprised at how faint the molded letters and emblem on the nose are , at least there are decals for them . Also , Bill is right about the hard top in the AMT kit , it looks like it was made for it ! Now , lets build a few of these and find something else to complain about !
  7. I Just picked up the new '62 Corvette at my LHS . It looks really nice ! Any of you in Tampa should go by Charlie's Hobbies on W. Waters Ave . His selection of kits is better than Michaels and his prices are alot better than Hobby Lobby ( an hours drive for me ) .
  8. At least no one was injured and you and your family can move on . This will be a special build and I'm sure you will do it justice .
  9. Holy Catwoman Joseph ! That face looks incredible ! I'm trying to learn how to do that but it's going really slow with lots of trial and error . Really beautiful !
  10. Ray , Those are nice kits right out of the box ( I have all the Revell Engine kits ) but they are so easily detailed that you should consider it . Their size makes it really easy and I found that after building a big engine the smaller ones were easier to detail ! Good luck and post lots of pictures along the way !
  11. Really sharp looking Jim ! Those kits really lend themselves to being modified into all kinds of hot rods . By the way , Your seats look pretty nice ! Edit - Nice and SHINEY !
  12. Pretty amazing stuff ! You do beautiful work with Legos .
  13. Dennis , I just found this and am totally amazed ! What you are doing with Lego blocks is truly a work of art . I hope to see more !
  14. It Looks good in black . how about a few more pics ?
  15. Very nice looking Gremlin . The color and engine detailing is great ! Good luck at the show !
  16. Very sharp looking ! Nice paint job and I like the contrasting colors .
  17. Cool looking litle Hot rod ! Your artwork is good too but I don't think I'd use it to show my models . You could always post your artwork in the Auto Art section .
  18. Awesome build ! The added Buick trim and the body mods look great ! Also the paint and interior are perfect . I'm gonna check out your build in the CBP .
  19. Beautiful Challenger ! The engine looks great . So does the paint and the wheel detailing . Congrats on a really nice looking build .
