  1. Glue bombs rule. My vote is for silver paint applied with a poor quality brush.
  2. Maybe electric heating pad would be more even heat.
  3. Try heating it with a blow dryer. Good luck
  4. You've been on a roll lately getting builds posted. Nice Job. Rust on frame?
  5. Howdy! Welcome to Model Cars Magazine Forums. Come in, have a seat, and enjoy the show.
  6. Needle point tweezers can be of help too. The kind used in jewelry making.
  7. Tiny photo-etch parts can be a bit intimidating at first. Follow directions on package. Lose several pieces that fly away when touched. Try a little trial and error. It will become less tedious and more comfortable to mess with these detail parts after some practice. Clear enamel was suggested to me for mounting pieces, super-glue works at times too. Sorry no pics. Good luck. Soon enough you will be saying "bring on the photo-etch"
  8. Nice plug for the hobby. But that part about character building......maybe I need to build more models
  9. When one promotes their own goods and services it is called "sales" When others promote your wares it is priceless.

  16. And that ain't that easy to do to plastic. Nice job!
  17. It looks battered and beaten then hammered back into shape for the next round. Distressing plastic to have that appearance is not an easy task. Well done
  18. Cool! Keep up on the creative work. I would really like to see where this goes. This is way "outside of the box".
  19. This may interfere with your bench time. Your new bench will be the changing bench....Oh, I mean changing table!
  20. Harbor Freight.....paint booth?
  21. Nice lookin' build Jim. Be careful with that water though, it can cause RUST !
  22. I was close! My French ain't so good. Nice model Bob.
  23. It is Revell and I do not think it is Tom Daniels. Corvair powered
