  1. This resto came out beautiful! I love restoring old built ups as well.
  2. Super paint, and great dash detail!!
  3. Incredible Tulio!!! If this wasn't on a model forum,I'd swear this was a magazine photo shoot of a real car.
  4. Man, that is gorgeous!!!! Love the colors, and the whitewalls with Magnums! Nice build!
  5. Today I grabbed a Revell '57 Ford Custom 2 door post kit. Excited, I unwrapped it to look at the contents. To my surprise, the entire body was missing from the kit!! Was it just my luck, or has this happened to anyone else? Thankfully Revell has a replacement parts dept.
  6. That 427 sure fills up that engine bay! Looks good Jim!
  7. Really came out sweet! Great pictures and awesome color!!
  8. Any idea how to get in touch with Ed? Website is down. See some of his stuff on drastic plastics mcc fotki site, but no contact info.
  9. Doesn't bore me a bit! They look fantastic!
  10. Yes, the factory Solex tinted glass in my '58 Plymouth has a light green tint to it. I think the glass looks great on this wagon. Matter of fact, I love the entire build. Perfect colors too! Al, I've got a question. What did you use for the rest of the interior? I want to try one of these bodies, but didn't know what to do for the rest of the interior that I can get out of the Revell Skyliner kit.
  11. Simply gorgeous! Your builds are really stunning!
  12. Couple of questions, on who has what. Wanting to grab a decent 72 Ventura trans kit to use with the Old Pro Nova kit. Time Machine resins?? Also, I've seen a '70 Impala 4 door hardtop trans kit available before, but cannot find it now. Anyone know who did that?
  13. That came out great! Love the twin-pot six. I too am mostly a replica stock builder, (or at least shiny) and not long ago, I ventured into my first rat rod build with the very same kit! I used a Ford flathead V-8, and a chopped '26 T 4 door sedan resin body. The body's badly casted resin is what prompted me to build rat rod style. It was fun! Every now and again I think I'll build another rat.
  14. Awesome! Decals look great on this. Were they easy to work with?
  15. Some nice looking Studes here. I've had a few various versions over the years, but I don't currently have one done. I may do one using a 2 door post resin body.
  16. Looks great! Love the color combo. I noticed the warp on the lower front side.........maybe the caster used a modified promo wagon body for the master. Most of them warped there too. Still looks great though.
  17. Beautiful period style! Love the colors on it too.
  18. He will love it........it's beautiful!
  19. Best place for those is evilbay.
  20. '78 Chrysler Newport 4 door hardtop, mine was Jasmine yellow with a gold vinyl top. Wish I still had it, it was a beautiful car. Last of the Detroit dinosaurs.
  21. Super beautiful build! Looks extremely real.
  22. I like that! Where did you get the body?
  23. Don't get shy again, keep posting! Some real nice builds there.
  24. They did have quality problems when they were new, but most was superficial, like rattles and such. Lots of them were in the dealer for leaks too. But, once straightened out, they were fast and very cool! I always preferred the Challenger over the Cuda, but on your builds, the color on your Cuda looks great.
