  1. I just noticed that too, Chuck. I replied over there.
  2. Incredible builds! I had to double check and make sure I read your age right! You are one very talented dude. Keep building!
  3. I'm ready for a banzai blast! Very cool.
  4. I agree. However, I think the '59 Dodge interior with dash and steering wheel in resin from MH can be adapted to use in these 4 doors. You'd have to modify a few things. Dash isn't exactly the same, but it too can be modified. The good thing is, if anyone ever does do interiors for these, it can be installed in no time. Three little plastic push pins hold this thing together. Oh, and thanks for all the nice comments.
  5. Finished up another BMF nightmare today. It's a JoHan X-EL reissue promo I've had since the mid eighties. Chrome was worn almost all the way off, so I refinished the bumpers with Alclad. The rest is the original Spring Green/Dawn Grey finish that I buffed and waxed. These promos had no interiors, and as far as I know, no one has made one for these 4 door hardtops. If you put it up high in the case, nobody notices......
  6. I love the removal of the side trim. Very realistic without the trim on the sides while the car is in primer. Cool!
  7. Looks beautiful! I really like the hanging rubber from the quarters.
  8. Very cool........I love the comparison pics.
  9. Very nice. Wide whites are right at home on this build.
  10. Looks awesome! Great color choice, and yes, tires and wheels are perfect on this.
  11. I know...........trouble is, I want ALOT of them!!! My first pick would be the 75 Imperial, then the '71 Imperial, then the '61 Imperial, then the Town & Country wagon, then..........and on and on.
  12. Hey Al, can you have them send me one in the mail too?? I'll take the green one...........lol. I love these. If I could afford them, I'd grab one of everything they make. They are too pricey for me however. I want on of these in 1:1 as well. Beautiful car.
  13. Exactly what I was thinking.
  14. I love it! Really like the semi-flat blue with some primer peeking through.
  15. Wow, that's a very painful thing to go through. Hope all is well Kevin.
  16. This is beautiful! I'd love to see one of the equally rare Cadillac station wagons.
  17. Very nice resto! Love the color too.
  18. Very, very nice. Best one of these I've seen yet!
  19. Looks good to me Ron. Foiling isn't real hard to do, just tedious.......oh, and lot's of swearing involved. That's why I took a break from it after my '68 Imperial and built the Manx. Now I'm back at it again on an X-EL '59 DeSoto.
  20. Beautiful! Love Cayman green, I've used it before, great color.
  21. Beautiful Jim. Love the Ardun heads, great build to use them on because they are always visable.
  22. I can't take credit........I didn't build it, paint it, or detail it, it's a 1/25 scale plastic Brookfield promo. Hope it's ok to post it here because of that. However, I just wanted to show it because it's an extremely rare piece. Very few made in this factory color, Lapis Blue. I somehow scored it on evilbay, and was very surprised I won it. Oh, and Harry...It's got mirrors!!
  23. Saw these two on a diecast board Joe and I belong to, very nice work! Glad to have you "on board" this board too!
  24. Very nice, wish we could still get these bodies!
