  1. I think it looks great!
  2. Finished this curbside up last night. Sprayed factory Light Pine Green Pearl, with grey interior. Kit supplied tires with white walls from Vinyl Nation. The unmarked cop car kit represents a base model Crown Vic, so I went with the LX model. Only difference is the LX has black pillars (instead of body color), and chrome molding inserts for the sides. Noticed that the tail lights are not really correct out of the box. The semi transparent red needed to be continued to the bottom of the lenses, and the strip around the bottom is chrome foiled. One thing about these newer cars is the amount of shaded glass in them! I see so many of these built up that folks forget about that on. And for Harry, it's got mirrors! One kit that had mirrors that were good enough to use.
  3. That's an incredible transformation. About the only thing I can see left of the old Fiero are the doors and the tail light panel/back bumper. Wild!
  4. I would say the Modelhaus '59 Dodge interior would be closer to the DeSoto dash and patterns than the '60. 1960 brought an entire re-design of the interiors. Good to know about the re-pop wide whites. I too have the '59 New Yorker next in line. Please post pics of yours when it's done, I can't get enough of these things! Thanks for the kind words too.
  5. Beautiful kustom! Looks perfect!
  6. Very nice!
  7. Looks good. Are the C pillar scripts decals?
  8. Very cool build! The hemi looks great in there!
  9. You nailed the look perfectly! One more thing we used to do was to stand up house speakers in the back seat. Really made that Kraco or Sparkomatic tape deck sing!
  10. Well, I really want to have a '60 Falcon base model to represent Falcon's early years in my collection. Perhaps a 4 door made using the roof from a '60 Comet 4 door promo? I would really like a wagon.
  11. Yes, they are awful to fit together, but you made it look fantastic!
  12. That looks really good. Must be contracted for Direct TV.
  13. Really nice weathering. Looks great!
  14. Really came out convincing. I love the moldy look. I'm going to have to try the salt method.
  15. Rolla, you're too much man..........that thing is perfect!!!

    T-Hot

Sweet! Nothing looks better in those than the old Mopar Hemi!!!
  17. Some really nice stuff here. I remember the article on the Lindberg sprue. I'll have to dig my sprue out of the box and see what I can do with it. Thanks for the inspiration.
  18. That's a good looking old truck Nick. Nice color too. The model of it is shaping up really nice as well. A guy I know down here has a '93 Chevy with the 350 in it that's pushing over 400,000 original miles. Original engine, never been rebuilt. Tranny has been rebuilt once, and rear end has been changed once. He tows a car trailer all over the place with it.
  19. That is gorgeous! I want, I want, I want!!
  20. Here's a bone stocker '88 Silverado promo that I detailed up a bit.
  21. Very well done. Looks just like they did about 5 years after they were new!
  22. Just finished this one up. You can see from the before pic that it was a mess when I got it. That's still the same factory Oxford Blue metallic finish in the after pics. Alclad II for the bumpers. Can't keep 'em all, so this one will be heading to evilbay.
