This is a promo I rescued. The factory Ming Green metallic actually polished up very nicely, so I left well enough alone and detailed the interior, sprayed the roof in white, blackwashed where appropriate and added bare metal foil. I like it because of the 2 door post body style in 500 trim.

Awesome! Color was a great choice, due to it being found mostly on the full and mid-size GM cars. Wish I could find a can of it somewhere.

Lots of gorgeous builds in this thread. Here's the only one I have done at the moment I can add. It's the Revell '57 kit with Morgan Automotive Detail resin Fordor body. Color is Cumberland Green.

Thanks very much for the detailed replies. I think you guys have convinced me. I have an AMT kit as well, and I decided based on your replies to go with that kit instead of the Revell kit. Modelhaus does have the '67 dog dishes available. I can use the small block V-8 right out of the kit as well.
