Hopefully the "spine" will look better when sanded down a bit and I squirt some paint on it. I did have the same thought however.

Nice but the metal bezels in the seats are hurting my back ! : ) Any plans to carry the aluminum bezels to the exterior like 3 or 4 in the side of the hood ?

I have another small update. I was watching the BJ auto auction and saw a beautiful 63 Vette which we all know has the split back window. One of my favorite cars and I got to thinking.................. this Cougar kit is a 63 so why not borrow that idea. Still needs work but you can get the idea.

Got a little ( very little ) work done on this build. Since I am not doing it stock but rather as a mild custom I modified the hood a bit and I don't care for the operating head lights I glued them in. I puttied up the headlight doors and also the front pan. Forgot to add........... yes, that is the green putty everyone loves so much. : )

Here is a chassis photo. The one on the left is from an AMT Cobra kit and on the right the chassis from the Cougar ll.

That is exactly right ! I did some research on the net and found several photos and discovered the Cobra chassis was used.
