Thanks. This engine is rather large coming from a 1/24 Cobra kit but I think I can make it work. I will have to either have a hole in the hood and then perhaps a scoop. ???

I always liked this car but I never built the model. This may change. I will be looking in.

I did some suspension mods and did a quick mock up. This will be a panel since I had a panel back in the day. Color undecided at this point. Squeezing in a 427 engine from a Cobra kit.

Finished this one this morning. Just another of my silly ideas. Chassis and engine is one of the ones from the Revell Tony Nancy double dragster kit. The body was modified from an AMT kit. Body interior was filled with sheet plastic and putty. Paint is Duplicolor yellow. Decals from the parts box and then cleared. Parts box windshield. I think it turned out ok. Not great, not terrible. Comments pro or con are always welcome.

This photo was taken before my changes ( good or bad ). I put on air shocks and radial TA's on Anson polished wheels all around with larger ones on the rear. I also had a set of Show Tubes installed. Remember those stupid things. BTW thank you for the offer of help.

Took my BIL a pizza for lunch today. I wanted to check on him. He was the man married to my sister that just passed away Wednesday, All things considered he is doing quite well or at least as well as can be expected.

It will not look like the real one in the photo I had. Not enough talent to pull that off.

Mine was cool in the fact it did not have a rear seat. There was frame work and a platform with a mattress. A little short but worked good when I was working a night shift and my boss was late to open up. I could grab a few winks.

I saw that Lawman model at Hobby Lobby also. I in fact picked it up and was going to buy it. I saw the 39.00 sticker and put it back. With the 40 per cent off coupon it would not be too bad but even so I wondered why such a high price for this kit.

Ya after 31 years I guess so. Helping me a lot right now.

Painted and put on some decals. Still needs to be cleared. The body work could have been better, much better. Don't tell anyone but a couple decals are covering boo boo's. : )

Started messing with this kit.
