Coming along nicely Bill.

This kit is not without it's drawbacks but is really not that bad. If I did another one I think I would strip all the chrome and do a low buck hot rod. Anyway, it was painted De Ja Blue with a fabric gray interior. I did some simple wiring on the engine. Tail lights are from the parts box. The rear slicks are resin items I bought on ebay. The carpet is stick on felt from Hobby Lobby. I used one of my daughters hairbands for the fan belt as the kit does not include one. I cut down the windshield posts so I could use only half the windshield glass.

Well done. That interior is beautiful.

Best idea is to replace it with a piece of clear plastic. Use Krystal Klear to install clear pieces like windshields and headlight lenses. It works great for any small items such as side view mirrors.

I happen to have 5 Cobra's in this series. I think there may be a 6 th. but I have yet to come across it. I can't say how accurate these are because I have not built one. They are just part of my Cobra collection.
