I'm guessing that if you polish it when the paint is dry that will fix it. Someone may be along with better advise. Something like Goof Off may work but you would need to be careful you don't remove the paint. I don't think I would try that however.

I really like these AWB kits and have built a few. I'm sure most of you are familiar with these kits. They have a low piece count and go together pretty good. It's just what I need right now. Not sure of the color yet. I have cut the front of the frame forward of the engine and cut some aluminum tube to lengthen the wheelbase a bit. I want to also raise the front ride height kind of like the Nova you see that I built awhile back. Will also replace the front plastic tires and add a pre-wired distributor. Thanks for looking in.

Kind of like asking how long is a piece of string ? Depends on many things I would say. What's the subject ? How well is it built and painted ? How badly does one want it ? Added detail ? Just look at ebay. Models can be had for 5 bucks and some are thousands.

Cool project. Hot Wheels makes a 55 Gasser that may work for your dio.

Ya know, I had that problem with a hood once and I used my dremel to grind away a little plastic from under the hood. Don't know if that would be a workable solution for you. Just a thought.
