  4. Lookin' good, nice detail .
  5. Cool build on a "strange" kit. Did you make the hinge ?
  6. Thanks for the link Bill. Not sure I can really tell from those photos. I am still looking for more photos as well. I guess since I am not trying to build a replica of that car I can use just about any method I can come up with.
  7. I agree, cool car and a good read.
  8. I think Robs idea sounds good.
  9. Cool project !
  10. That is way cool ! I have no doubt you will do justice to this ride. Another great build to watch.
  11. I agree, nice build.
  12. Thats a good question. Don't have a solution to that yet. Can't find any photos good enough to see how they did it on other cars of this type.
  13. Kind of slow going on this one. Working too much lately. Anyway, body primed, chassis is painted, engine is partly done. Did a quick mock up and it looks like body may fit without any modifications.
  14. I got this Lindberg GT 6. After reading the topic on multi piece bodied kits I decided to take another crack at one. Last one I built ( or tryed to build ) was about 45 to 48 years ago. Not going to touch it for awhile and would like to swap out for better wheels and tires and if possible cram a 289 in the engine compartment. Will it ever get finished ? Not sure, not 100 % sure I will even start it.
  15. Sweet !
  16. Cool !
  17. Built one a while ago. Cool old kit.
  18. I didn't notice anything too special in that lot.
  19. Looks like a great place to build.
  20. That looks great ! I am a Cobra nut but I have to admit I love those Cheetahs.
  21. It's all downhill from here ! : )
