  1. The interior looks neat. Other than that, I never liked this dude's style. Kit looks decent so far. Hopefully Revell doesn't half A it so we can make something else with the good parts:)
  2. The jeep kit is awsome! Glad they're finally releasing it in plastic. Hope..but doubt, they'll tool up more parts for it.
  3. I hope they include these either way!
  4. It's like the firebird thread all over again lol!!! If only Revell had someone with common sense....or a group of people to say NO before they decide on the final product.......
  5. I'd love a 32 truck. And stock parts would have been great for all too!
  6. Used to work for an autoglass company. Now I'm doing early shift at fedex, and volunteer at a cat adoption shelter.
  7. Yea...lame. I doubt he'll see close to the $2.2 mil he wants..But the dealership really effed up on that one. As long as the customer has the final bill of sale, then the dealership has nothing to go on.
  8. This looks really beautiful! I'm in the process of researching this build right now. I have the MPC reissue with the camper shell. I'm trying to find out, did previous reissues have the bed cover? Or do people just scratch build them? Also, any more pics of the bed cover? Thanks!
  9. Great job. Revell did really decent work with all the lights and rivets on the body. Good detail work really brings it out!
  10. The tires seem fine to me! The lack of build options, or rather, the forced upon, this version only, sucks. Well hey, then at least you get a neat Foose drawn boxart...
  11. That's all well and good. But this thread is supposed to be a review of the kit. There's no need to be quiet and nice about it either. We're allowed to say whatever we want about this kit because it is America. Revell needs to hear the opinions of the potential customers. You know, feedback. Otherwise, more junk like this happens more often. The wheels/tires and stance look terrible in my opinion. I usually don't want some cheap Pep Boys looking junk on my car or the kits I build. But maybe that's someone else's style lol. For those who did buy the kit, can we still build it with stock wheels and tires? So at least it's not a total waste?
  12. Looks like old NJSP colors to me!!! Can't wait to see this finished:)!!!!
  13. 16+ is kinda young there. lol But whatever..
  14. Sweet so far!!! Can't wait to see more!
  15. Out of all the versions I have, I seem to have only banged out the sedan and speedwagon lol. But I don't like one bodystyle, or kit more than the other. I think we should have a 32 (again?) tho. I'm just not old enough to know and not aware if there was one previously.
  16. I can't imagine working for any other company that allows that long to finish one project at a time. I just hope the 80s olds and fox notch don't stay our styrene unicorns forever lol.
  17. Thanks again! Hahahah!! My buddies 1:1 lightning is on its way out:/ And my parents used to have 3 Expeditions at different times. I hated seeing this bodystyle anymore. So what do I do, make my own in scale!
  18. So you're bashing a kit because it has nothing to do with what you wanted it for lol!! But I know what you mean. Sucks we can't make a proper US racing version car without extensive mods:( Limited use of the kit. The interior "door" panels could have been something other than slab sided as well.
  19. Awsome!!! Used to see these type running around more often. Hope there's still some out there. Great build!
  20. Sombrero wheels and white walls!! Love it already!!
  21. Wow. Neat concept man! Looks good so far.
  22. Coming along really nice!!
