I have also just picked this kit up. Should have had a separate grille. And why the F do companies think I don't want an uptop on a convertible? The body had some pretty bad mold lines and some flash for its age (brand new!!). And WHY oh WHY the same wheels as the other GT kit!? Otherwise, nice fun kit:)

That's odd, the boxart on the convertible has a foreign front plate bracket. I'm not 100%, but isn't thee supposed to be a pace car version also?

At most, 5 on the highway that appeared to be owner operated. Then 3 more at the dealer. It looks too pretty to be a truck lol.

The body is decent for the plain version. The other body kitted ones aren't accurate. And the tires especially are for ###### in all the kits.

LHS for supplies. Kits usually LHS, or whoever has them 1st. Usually LHS has them 1st. Japanese kits from online definitely. Has ALWAYS been cheaper online yes, even with shipping factored in.

Usually, you can order stuff from WM website and have it shipped locally to your store. But these dam cars aren't even on their site! lol!!!!!! No luck at 4 of my WM today. And only ONE had the line, the expedition, impala, and a CV. All of their boxes were torn up. No luck for restock:/

There were 2 revell escalades, one was the uptown junk, the other was a curbside full detail. Revell also did an uptown ext, and amt did a full detail one. Ertl made a pretty decent 2000s diecast dodge ram in 1:24 scale too.

The CVPIs are decent, aside from the undersized chevy wheels, oversized fancy wheels, and marauder front bumper lol. But the bodies are better than CMW ones. These SHO interceptors look loads better so far. We have 4 super wal marts within a 10 mile radius and none have these yet. They've all seemed to have given up on any new toy stock other than movie property action figures that aren't moving since the 1st wave of Iron Man figs:/ I hope Jeff at policacarmodels gets these soon:)
