  1. Nice. Those disc brakes look the business. Ben
  2. Looking good. What roof marker lights are you using for the CL9000? Ben
  3. I go the front ones off a monogram Mack fire engine and the rear ones from a fella by the name Steve Rubb. You can get really good 6 spoke 1/32 rims and wheels from Auslowe now with separate spiders and rims. Have a look on Auslowe site.
  4. I'm pretty happy with this. I'm a Mack man but have never seen a super boss model in the plastic before. Makes you wonder what else they're thinking of. Ben
  5. Word has it the Super Boss is being reissued.
  6. I'm about to move tomorrow. I only agreed as long as I can have a model room. Getting a new airbrush and spray booth soon too. I have a fair amount of models myself. I don't keep them after I build them though. I usually give them to the person who owns the real thing or it goes to a truck museum. I build slow though. Painting is hard due to the adverse weather at times. Ben
  7. First truck as an adult. AMT Mack Super-Liner with "australianisation".
  8. Very nice. Those decals must have been a challenge. Ben

  11. Tamiya racing white looks alright as well. Ben
  12. lol. I've always dreamed of building this truck since I was in grade 2 in 1988. Now I have the chance, I'm taking it. The parts weren't as expensive as organising a KW T904. Cheers. Ben
  13. Very unique. Will be good to see it. Ben
  14. Photo etch Mack badge set with a white metal bulldog would be the go. Auslowe sells them. Also Google around for articles on making the superliner more genuine of you like. Looking forward to seeing another super-liner. Ben
  15. Ernie has won most competitions he has entered with that truck. I'm yet to see it in person. Ben
  16. Good to see another Aussie. Looking forward to watching yours progress. Ben
  17. The one you've got pics of was done by a friend that I trade parts with, Ernie Hastas. He helped me with the badging you see in my parts. Ernie Gave me info on what modifications to make, paint to use etc,. He's a good fella and always helps others. Ben Ben
  18. Hi fellas. Here is my build off truck. 1988 Australian Bicentenial Mack Super-Liner "Ned Kelly". Will be using a combination of AMT, Italeri and aftermarket parts from Auslowe. Ben
  19. It's a pity for the truck guys that's all that's coming out. Would be cool to see a new modern American truck (sorry if this is the wrong place to mention it). I'm very pleased with the AMG and McLaren though.
  20. A bit of a let down. Only the 1/32 aerodyne. http://www.plastik-modellbau.org/blog/revell-neuheiten-2016/2016/ Ben
