  1. That is just way cool Richard, good job
  2. Nice work Jim, the Orange paint blends well for a Woody style
  3. Built this as part of another forums community build where you had to build a ute of some description for 'Australia Day' I put this together over a 36 hour period including a dash conversion to capture that Aussie look....there are a few of these Down-under; however, becoming pretty scarce as the much easier 'tilt trays' are far more common. I de-chromed the rims because they looked a bit too shiny for a tow-truck and painted them Tamiya Silver Leaf. The false engine caught me by surprise and in the end I just had to detail it as best I could I cut the 'roo-bar' off because it looked like a fence in my opinion and would not stop a 6 foot Kangaroo Paint is Tamiya TS-34 Camel Yellow and a few decals including the Slixx pin-stripes, gear in the back is from the Fujimi 'Tools' kit and a few other sources. Cheers Ray

  15. Snow....what's that stuff guys, I've only seen it for real once ! We just had a 'heatwave' here in South Australia where the temperature was over 110 Degrees Fahrenheit most of the week Today is a much more nicer 84 degrees... With that sort of heat, comes a lot of bushfires which is not good Cheers Ray

  22. Have to agree with a few other comments here, 'Down Under' same situation, if it wasn't for the RC side of things they would struggle, I'm fortunate enough to have two hobby stores very close to my house, both are well stocked with everything you need I go online now and then to buy a few kits and aftermarket stuff from the US Check out one of my local stores, now that's a hobby store complete with RC and Slot tracks.... http://www.hobbyhabit.com.au/view/page/5.html
  23. Sweet looking Buick Tulio
