Yep that is some pretty scenery alright! What I remember as a kid are those dirty little camp grounds for weekend warriors with my aunts and uncles for an excuse to get drunk and stupid! Just a lot of bad memories I guess.

i really hope that kid doesn't grow up feeling "entitled" ...

I have twin nephews who at that age screwed up their faces and told me that "they'd NEVER stay at a Marriott!"

Lol...I'm more of a Hilton and Hyatt fan myself....though I like Loews as well.

Meh, I got used to sleeping in the car on trips, unless it was really cold out or lodging was included. I rent a hotel at NNL-East because it's an easier ride for me that way.

That said, I really wouldn't mind one of those GMC coaches myself.

Who wants to be towing their bedroom an kitchen around everywhere they're going, even if it's just to the store for a loaf of bread and a case of pop? Driving around in a motorhome or towing a trailer is not my IDEA of a vacation. The cost is high, gas parking fees, insurance, maintenance, storage, etc. NO thanks!
