evilone Posted April 18, 2008 Author Posted April 18, 2008 cool this idea of mine was sweet im holding another one for next year bigger better and a whole lot is going to be on the line i mean 8187 views with 263 replies on 14 pages is on hell of a turn out huh
1320wayne Posted April 20, 2008 Posted April 20, 2008 Heres more update photos. The engine has begun. The blower is a resin piece from Comp Resins. The pulley system is from Arrowhead Aluminum, the photo etch engine detail set is from Model Car Garage. I exchanged the FC engine with one from a Revell top fuel kit. The detail is far better. Also, I had to make an adjustment to the body after reviewing some additional research pics. of the real car. The front end wasn't long enough in front of the front wheelwells. So, I cut the front of the body off and extended it.

LVZ2881 Posted May 11, 2008 Posted May 11, 2008 just wanted to compliment everyone on their builds, they look great!!! If i didnt have a few too many NASCAR projects I wanted to complete, I'd would've pulled out a Super Stocker and joined...
