cdan delivery
Well! I have to quote Leonard Pinth Garnell: "That's bad, excruciatingly bad." My eyes hurt now............
ChrisBcritter
Why bother radiusing the rear wheelwells? They could have run cruiser skirts at that height...
Tom Geiger
Why bother radiusing the rear wheelwells? That's how far up they had to go to find solid metal! Every '59 Plymouth I ever knew in 1:1 was rusty, rusty!

Jon Haigwood
Christine was a 58, that is a 57 IMHO But then I could be wrong and if I am Greg will certainly point it out Your results may vary
Lovefordgalaxie
i'm not an expert on Mopars, but didn't the '57s had a smaller inner headlight? This one kind of looks like a '58. That somebody planned to use on the Camel Trophy and forgot the 4X4 system.

Danno
Christine's ugly twin? You talking about the car or the guy standing by the right rear fin? Or both?
426-Hemi
I have to agree with who said Christine was a '58 and this one here is a '57..... BUT it is a bit difficult to tell for sure with the lighting on the car, for one so that adds to making it difficult to tell but it isn't a "Christine" '58 Plymouth Satellite!. disabled modeler
I bet it handled real well....
Jon Haigwood
They did not have dual headlights until 1958. The inner one is a turn signal on the 57. The one in the OP could be a 58 but the inner one looks smaller but it may just be me. Edited May 19, 2015 by Jon Haigwood
Drake69
I'm sorry, but that's the shortest looking Belvedere/Fury I have ever seen. From the distance between the front fenders to the tail, it's got to be chopped to fit that suspension. EDIT: Or maybe it's just the absence of the chin bumper that's throwing me off.... John Goschke
It's a '58. Adjusted the photo to show more of the details. Not the first or the last wacky Plymouth drag car!
