Here's a promo I re-did a little while back.

I disassembled it, painted the interior the proper color, repainted the body, and did some minor paint on the bottom of the engine. It's a curbside and the hood is closed, so I only did the two or three parts visible from the bottom.

This matches the 1:1 I had a few years ago.

Looking good! I owned two 95 Berettas, one black V6 and a Raspberry Metallic 4. Both good cars, seems like not too many people remember them though.

I remember these cars. Back when I was in automotive trade school in the early 90's, we had one of the prototype Chevy Beretta indy convertibles GM made. From what I know there were only two made. My school had the teal green one with a black top that was functional.

I remember GM sending those cars out to rental fleets and having them do the "final quality analysis" ahead of general public sale. That was when they learned about the doors falling off and other problems. This wasn't one of GM's finest eras of vehicle development or quality control.

Nice! I had an girlfriend with one that (probably) looked just like this when it was new, just add about 16 years of Michigan winters and general wear and tear. Oh, and a stack of multicolor hair scrunchies around the base of the shifter.

I, totally, remember this car....It was, ALMOST, my first car back in '87....It was that or a Cavalier Z-24 (Anybody remember that one??) I chose the Z-24....

Great job on it...Brings back some memories....
