crazyjim Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 Just completed this 1956 Chrysler 300 and it's painted with HOK tangerine kandy over orion silver and solar gold. I guess you can't really see it, but after the orion silver basecoat, I taped off around the hood, roof, and trunk and then fogged in some solar gold. It's pretty subtle but it's there. Rolled pans, quad headlights, frenched taillights, mesh grille, bucket seat interior.
vintagercr Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 Jim, very nice! Are the wheels from the Riviera?
crazyjim Posted July 22, 2015 Author Posted July 22, 2015 Thank you Stephen. Yes I believe the wheels & tires are from a Riv kit.
wayne swayze Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 NICE!! Like the dual sunken antenna and your interior looks great!
cobraman Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 Love the paint and of coarse you know I am a fan of your interiors. Very nice !
Harry P. Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 Very nice! Great work on the interior, and nice "period" custom touches. Pretty slick!
