Good news everybody

According to an email from Auto World , they have General Lee's back in stock, and it does state in the email that they will be selling them tell the end of 2015(we already knew that)

I just got one from Tower hobbies today, box was all smashed! Called customer service, got the usual I don't care attitude. I'll be calling them tomorrow and raising a fuss for sure! I spend way too much money there for that kind of service!

Thats odd, I have had nothing but great service, they sent me a free replacement kit when the one I ordered had the wrong parts trees, and told me to keep the first one, and were even going to send me a second one because the replacement had the same issues.

I guess everyone is stocking them up. I saw on not boxed that sold for 5 dollars on ebay and it was complete molded in white.

Yup, we got in 14 of the snap kits at the HTU I work for on top of the two I ordered for myself..........at first I thought I  had somehow accidentally special ordered all of them for myself, but it turns out we ordered a bunch of them for stock too.  If anybody is curious, I opened one of mine and both the decal and the sticker sheets still had their flags.

I made another call to them today and got a much nicer girl. She said they will send me a replacement kit when they get them back in stock.

I've seen the 1/25 General lee at 3 different Michael's Stores near me this week. I already had two but went ahead and picked up two more.

I guess it's the new tooling. The MPC kits by round2.  They have the correct rear window. Model# MPC706L/12. I know in the one store anyway they were new stock. They weren't there my last trip.
