BIGTRUCK Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 I'm a sucker for an ''Old Skool'' gasser build. Its where my modeling days started and when gassers were king.
jhuntsman Posted September 14, 2015 Author Posted September 14, 2015 (edited) Few more pics of some progress. Made some shocks for the front end and got the intake squared away with fuel lines ran. Im really stepping out of my element on this one. Hope you enjoy! Edited September 14, 2015 by jhuntsman

jhuntsman Posted October 8, 2015 Author Posted October 8, 2015 (edited) so i made this today out of a piece of .25 in aluminum, machined with a .5 in endmill and finished with a .1875 in endmill. it will stick up thru the hood as shown and surround the stacks from the engine. Last night i got the interior tub in primer as well as the frame and painted the cage the same bronze as the front axle just havent got any pics yet. thanks for looking!
