I built a set of drawers in a wood cabinet, each draw is about 1/2" taller than the paint bottles, then separate each by color groups (reds in one draw, blues in another, etc.) also, I store them upside down for two reasons, I can tell the colors without having to pick up bottle and the other it seams to help preserve the paints.
