It's simply the Revell Rat Roaster kit, I lowered the front end, changed the wheels, threw a tunnel ram and dual carbs at it, and slung some paint on it and called it a day. For me it was more of a quick box stock style build that didn't require much modification. The paint is Testors lacquer, wheels are generic revell steelies, tunnel ram is amt, and velocity stacks are scratch built. The BMF turned out mediocre, I should have scribed all the trim before hand. Let's just say the pictures are helping it out a bit.
