Mopar - D Posted April 2, 2016 Author Posted April 2, 2016 Well I didn't like how the chrome looked when I put the chrome powder over clear coat so I reprimed with black gloss and reapplied the chrome powder. I think it was worth it the chrome shines now I also added chrome and black BMF around the windows and installed the back window. Added the head light lens and still have to fix the bar in the grill.
landman Posted April 2, 2016 Posted April 2, 2016 Does that chrome smudge like Alclad does when you handle it? This is turning into a lovely brute.
Mopar - D Posted April 2, 2016 Author Posted April 2, 2016 Thanks Pat, it will a little but like the Alclad and if it dose I just add a little more powder and buff it out very quickly to do.
Mopar - D Posted April 2, 2016 Author Posted April 2, 2016 Thanks Brian my plan is to have it finished in the next couple weeks.
Mopar - D Posted April 4, 2016 Author Posted April 4, 2016 I finished installing the windshield, dash and steering wheel. I'm working on getting the air cleaner set in place under the hood.

DRIPTROIT 71 Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 Looking Great!! I like the color! It is very similar to the color that I painted my long hood Bighorn, yours looks much better though.
Mopar - D Posted April 9, 2016 Author Posted April 9, 2016 I installed the utility hoses and turn singles. Working on the side mirrors that are eating my lunch as I keep breaking them apart before I can even think about attaching them to the cab. Thanks for for your comments I appreciate them.
