I may misappropriate some of John's techniques and ideas as my evil plans develop. However, I have a strict policy of hands off his womenses and NEVER borrow more Minions than he would notice.

I'm going to experiment with some camo decals tonite and see what kinds of results I get. I may have to shoot some individual parts like the roof, due to creases even decal set will have a hard time with..

I'll let y'all know how it comes out.

Now that I finally figured how to post photos, I'm thrilled silly. Getting that spinning wheel of death was driving me bats, and I was using up my storage capacity fast, so I'm a happy, happy guy.

I got ravaged by Pollen Monsters. I've been an overblown snotball for 2 days. YUCK!!! Feeling a teeny bit better now.

These pics were actually taken a couple of days ago before I got bombarded.

Masked off the driver's side for preliminary shapes, then I'll use blue tape to cover the big areas.

Also got the seams covered on the motor. They got hit with brown wash.

 I hope to have some actual paint shot as soon as I recover completely. I make enough mistakes all by myself without a clogged head contributing.

Randy, DSC can't come soon enough my friend.   I've got my room at the La Quinta on Greenway locked in. I hope there's no delays coming in like last year. It took 2 hours to get over the hill into Kingman.
