10thumbs Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 Hi Ron, beautiful soldering, and the looks of the aluminum is fantastic. You really have a gorgeous project going on, I enjoy checking in and following the progress.
Rrrrrrumps Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Like Tyrone, you two live in a 1/25 scale world but yet you must receive a 1:1 pay....love the detail, it kills me.

And congratulations on having Revell model this creation. Ron, thanks for the compliment. I really do appreciate that. In full disclosure, the Stephanie's Rose Revell model box was a gift from John Teresi. It's just a novelty item, and is really empty. But I'm glad it looks real! This is a great build and I will be following closely. Edited April 12, 2016 by Art Laski
eferrari Posted April 24, 2016 Author Posted April 24, 2016 Hello, Thanks everyone for taking the time to respond to my 41 Willys in progress. Kind of hit a wall. I surely appreciate your comments. Sorry Michael I don'thave any thing new to report. I don't think I will be able to fit the scratch built 426 Hemi in this Willys. Thanks Memysel, Art, Dave, Bruce and Edgar. Art, that box design work done sure fooled me. I did not intend to be so delinquent in responding to your feedback. Back in late Feb.,early March like most on the forum use for wheels. I tried to obtain some aluminum wheels. Things did not work out well for these standard wheels and the project has stopped. I don't know where to go, and have lost all interest. Ron
Bob Ellis Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 With your talent you might consider brsss model trains
10thumbs Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 Ron, with your talent....send me some plastic wheels and I'll cast them in metal.Maybe this way, I could offer a way for some new incentive. We'd love to see this project moving along.Michael
DrKerry Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 Beautiful work. I'm amaz d at all the guys on here that do metal work like you do. Great craftsmanship.....
bob29579 Posted December 1, 2016 Posted December 1, 2016 Incredible. Maybe you'll get some interest back in it.
