Mad Slammer Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 (edited) Last minute build for a show back in October 2015... Hope you guys like it... Edited March 3, 2016 by Mad Slammer
Tom Geiger Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 Very nice! I have a convertible version of the snapper that I did a similar custom treatment on a bunch of years ago. Fun kit to play with.
Snake45 Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 Very nice! Did you paint it? The last one of these I bought, last December, came molded in a nice metallic red. I'm just polishing it up.

Shardik Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 Pretty tasty for a snapper. Did you do the dead man's tail lights or did it came that way?
disabled modeler Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 Very nice..! I have always liked some of the snap kits...they build nicely and are a great break from doing major builds. Same the Johan ones are so hard to get a hold of.
GTJUNIOR Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 (edited) Very nice Vette. Edited March 3, 2016 by GTJUNIOR Typo
Mad Slammer Posted March 4, 2016 Author Posted March 4, 2016 Pretty tasty for a snapper. Did you do the dead man's tail lights or did it came that way?I made that mod... thanks... Also the side skirts and a "molded in" chin spoiler
mikemodeler Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 That is a very nice custom, love the paint! These Revell snap kits might be basic in nature but they sure do build up nice. The body proportions are accurate and with a little work, they can be done up like a glue kit.I am working on one of these to replicate a car that was displayed at last year's MCACN show in Chicago and like yours, it will have a few custom touches.
