Dave Van Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 I have owned this Mustang since Jan 1975. It was my daily driver until late 1980's when the clutch went out. The car was taken apart with plans for a full on restoration. But kids, life, work and things got in the way. Then caught in a flood during hurricane Danny the car sat until last Sept when we decided to sell it or restore her...... She came home last Friday....still little detail things to do...but up and running again.......thx

Ace-Garageguy Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 Nice!. I have to sit in most of my 1:1s and make vroom-vroom noises. I really envy a man who has one that actually moves.

mikemodeler Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Looking nice Dave, just in time for cruising and car shows! Personally, I would polish the outer rims, give it a little bling!

CometMan Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Very nice Dave, I think most of us with an old car have a story very similar to yours, I definitely do! But we didn't give up the dream!
High octane Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Wow that's a long project Dave, and it's lookin' real good.
chunkypeanutbutter Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 14 but it may get changed before I'm 'done'.....Very nice. Dad's got one in his '88 Ranger, same one from his '77 Mustang II. Very comfortable to one-hand drive with the great power steering.
