Hi everyone I'm working on this kit...... this is a quick build for a group build.......

I am totally digging this build.  I am a big fan of El Caminos considering I own one. i really like the look you have gone with, the steelies and white wall look great. Looking forward to more.

Thanks everyone....... I had a little situation with primer and the paint..... the paint didnt stick to the primer.... i fond out when the boddy felt from my hand........

I strip the paint........

I repainted..... this time I used a metallic blue paint with the blue......

i will post more pics.......

   I like your color choice ! Are you going to use BMF on the trim?

I'm planning to use a chrome polishing powder.... Usich.... the same that I use on the wheels and engine... (tomorrow I will post the picture) is easy to use.

Thanks every one...... up date..... I used for the first time Bare-Metal foil......

also i strip the chrome that came with the kit and re chromed using Alclad..... i primed the part with Vallejo black primer..... then i sealed with a gloss varnish...... i applied the Alclad........

I will post more pics.......

Having built a couple of these I know first hand that you couldn't have picked a harder one to do your first foiling job , fantastic job ! :D

Gonna look sharp. The yards of BMF looks great against the blue metallic. Looking forward to seeing the whole thing come together with the big blown Caddy and the wide whites to see the effect they will have.
