feretzrus Posted July 27, 2016 Posted July 27, 2016 Used the (newer) AMT '60 Chevy pickup as a base, The stepside bed is from Revell's '65/6 Chevy stepside, while the hood, grill, and hubcaps are from an original '62 Chevy glue bomb. The crates are scratchbuilt/molded/cast...... Enjoy! 1
Intmd8r Posted July 27, 2016 Posted July 27, 2016 Very nice build. The crates are pretty cool too. I've been looking for something like that for some futrue build ideas of mine. Don't suppose you have any extras
slusher Posted July 29, 2016 Posted July 29, 2016 Very nice build. I believe the hub caps should be white...
Atmobil Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 Very niceley done, interesting to see this as I bought a bunch of gluebombs of both the AMT 60 "new tool" and Revell 64/65 and one old annual 62 some time ago and I have toyed with a very similar idea my self
Sixties Sam Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Very good build! Looks like a real workhorse. Nice work!Sam
leafsprings Posted August 7, 2016 Posted August 7, 2016 (edited) Nice stock build. I prefer the small back window cab over the optional large back window used in most 60-66 kits ( IMO an over rated option). Edited August 7, 2016 by leafsprings
aussie_modler Posted August 8, 2016 Posted August 8, 2016 Nice clean build, the creates add a nice touch. Are they scratch built?
gatorincebu Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 Nice clean smooth looking pick up. I like the load. You did a great job on it all the way around. Be Well Gator
