Sixties Sam Posted August 20, 2016 Posted August 20, 2016 Here's my latest project, a Revell Model A coupe. I Z-ed the front of the frame and increased the Z in the rear just a little to lower it. Otherwise OOB build. Nice kit. The rear whitewall decals are wider than I like, but they'll do fine. I just found out the blower belt is upside down (mistake in the instructions), but I'm not changing it now. Comments welcome!
V8 Trucker Posted August 20, 2016 Posted August 20, 2016 beautifully built, is destined quite loud ....
promoman Posted August 20, 2016 Posted August 20, 2016 like this without the top chopped. Good looking car and diorama.
Modelbuilder Mark Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 Great looking car, but hey that diorama is cool. I would like to see more about it as well.
Sixties Sam Posted August 29, 2016 Author Posted August 29, 2016 Great looking car, but hey that diorama is cool. I would like to see more about it as well. Thanks for the compliment, Mark. Here's a link to the post when I built the diorama in 2011. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/42708-small-town-garage-diorama/ There are more pics of it in my Flickr photo album. Link is in my signature. The dio has gotten a bit dirty in my basement since 2011, but that actually adds a little to the realism, as real building don't stay squeaky clean for long in the real world!Sam
