mrindy77 Posted August 26, 2016 Posted August 26, 2016 (edited) I've had this one on the back burner for while. Time to start making some progress. This is the initial mock up, its a AMT 1925 Model T, its an older one that was molded in black. I used the Edmunds modified front grille and scratch built a belly pan. Tires are Herb Deeks big and littles with some kidney bean Halibrands I found in the parts box. I'm going to stuff a Ford DOHC Indy motor from the Gurney Eagle kit into it. Tight fit but it appears it will work. Edited August 28, 2016 by mrindy77
plastic-mechanic Posted August 26, 2016 Posted August 26, 2016 will it remain a coupe or is the top coming off to make a roadster?
mrindy77 Posted August 26, 2016 Author Posted August 26, 2016 I'm leaving the roof on. You can call it a coupster if you are so inclined.
Ace-Garageguy Posted August 26, 2016 Posted August 26, 2016 I like the look of that one .. keep it going! I agree. I've never seen a track-nose on a chopped T coupe before. Lots of potential.
bobthehobbyguy Posted August 26, 2016 Posted August 26, 2016 Love it. Definitely looks great. Looking forwardvto more.
John Goschke Posted August 26, 2016 Posted August 26, 2016 Very cool! Great stance and wheel/tire choice.Whatcha got yourself here is a Track Coupe!
misterNNL Posted August 26, 2016 Posted August 26, 2016 This could be interesting.I'd put it on the ground and have exposed exhaust headers, but that's just my style and your possibilities are of course unlimited.
