The model car club that I'm a member of (ACME) are always trying to come up with interesting club challenges. We always try to pick themes that are broad. I thought it would be a good theme to build a model from a song. It doesn't have to be a song specificlly about a car but if the lyrics mention a car then build your interpretation of that car or truck. Example: "It's a girl my lord in a FLAT BED FORD slowin down to take a look at me". I wanted to get some opinions on the idea.  Good or Bad? Any song you can think of with the mention of a car or truck would be helpful. Thanks for any help..

The Downriver club did this theme last year.Leave it to me to come up with a stumper(heh heh).I built a stock AMT '29 Model A roadster.Nobody guessed the name of the song(not even a guy who's in the Model A Restorer's club).

(It's "Henry Made a Lady Out Of Lizzie")

Cool Guys thanks for the information! Tesla invented it but Edison got the credit.... is that how it went? Some one would've figured it out eventually...
