cobraman Posted November 18, 2016 Posted November 18, 2016 Finished today. Painted with Duplicolor Chrome Yellow. White interior. Black flocking for carpet. Tires from the parts box. BMF window trim. Aluminum tubing exhaust tips. Mirrors included but did not install yet. Made a couple errors (at least ) on this one. Seems I am doing more stupid things later. On this one I made the aluminum tubing exhaust tips too long. I also messed up on the bumpers. As I looked at the directions I took notice that the indent for the license faced downward. Ok I put them on face down. Problem was I was working on the car upside down so I should have installed them facing up. Stupid error. Oh well.
StevenGuthmiller Posted November 18, 2016 Posted November 18, 2016 Looks pretty good Ray! I'll pretend I'm Harry & say, "Needs a mirror"! The paint is nice & I like the color, but it could use a bunch more foil. Steve
cobraman Posted November 19, 2016 Author Posted November 19, 2016 Thanks guys. I have the 2 mirrors I had just not put them on. Ran out of BMF for the wing windows. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. : )
slusher Posted November 19, 2016 Posted November 19, 2016 Nice Barracuda Ray, i like the shade of yellow you used...
PARTSMARTY Posted November 19, 2016 Posted November 19, 2016 Great build-love the exterior -interior color combo !!!
gtx6970 Posted November 19, 2016 Posted November 19, 2016 I love it Odd as it sounds the light yellow with white interior works well together in the 1/1 world . Actually I looked at a real 69 B,Cuda fastback this summer at the Mopar Nats in this exact same color combo.
crazyjim Posted November 19, 2016 Posted November 19, 2016 Looks good, Ray. Upside down? Just one of many issues to getting older.
