James2 Posted February 23, 2017 Author Posted February 23, 2017 Finally some assembly. Pearl Green and Alclad Chrome. It'll be kinda tricky fitting those headers but some careful planning will do the job.
exesivefire Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 Looking good! Dare I say... minty fresh?
DrKerry Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 (edited) I think if you look at the tires this one seems to be coming off the line which would start to lift the front end up. At first glance I thought the one in the pic James posted was also doing that because of the height of front end. It looks a little "unnatural" to me but if you're trying to replicate that car then that would seem to be that. To me, it would be cool if you could wrinkle the rear tires and make it look like it's coming off the line the same way. Agreed, front axle is unloaded and the wrinkles in the slicks say it's under torque That being said, I know the gasser era stance is blown out of proportion as people saw the cars coming off the line and thought they looked kool when launching. Now a days people associate that "Look" with the way they sit while static.... That being said, the subject your building has it's own look and looks kool for what it is!!!!!!
